New DWD weather data files für the German location Potsdam for the years 2020 to 2022 shall be added.

@MaxUDK: please use the branch https://github.com/UdK-VPT/BuildingSystems/tree/issue175_newDWDWeatherFiles for the integration of the new DWD weather data sets.
