Player parts sometimes not shown

Sometimes when you equip a body part, the texture doesn't show up correctly. There is a similar glitch in the char builder.

Do we have any evidence this is a server issue instead of a client issue? For example, have we tried using the same client on another server project and confirmed this doesn't happen there?

I've never noticed this anywhere else but that doesn't mean that it's a server Issue.
