Spider Queen boss and assorted missions at Block Yard

I see there's discussion of this on the Discord, but there doesn't appear to be an issue for it here. There's issues at Block Yard that prevent normal progression.

1. Two Vance Bulwarks spawn in the same location
2. You can't finish the mission to get your trial gear
3. You can accept the mission to put on your trail gear without having trial gear
4. The Spider Queen never spawns
5. After using /complete, the building missions are currently impossible to complete normally and also require /complete
6. The launch pad is broken and softlocks you when used, requiring a restart if you use it and /testmap to escape

1 - There are more then 1 of every object, they spawn every time a new person joins (my bad :P) 4 - Yeah that was also me, there is a SpiderQueen object I left in the script iirc just respawn that 6 - that launch pad uses a different launch pad component but a actual replica one not a fake Uchu one
