Feature request: Add keyboard shortcut to open the quicknote applet

I'd like to add notes without using the mouse. It would be nice to have a keyboard shortcut to open the quicknote applet and automatically set the focus to it so I can type text in it. There is a related question in the forum https://discourse.ubuntubudgie.org/t/shortcut-key-for-quicknote/3135
