Mac Mini M4 (and Pro) Support?

Curious if the ubuntu OS will work on an Apple Mac Mini M4? Was about to buy one but held off until sure I can load Ubuntu.

Upstream Asahi Linux (which Ubuntu Asahi is based on) has not yet released M3 support https://github.com/AsahiLinux/docs/wiki/M3-Series-Feature-Support
