plugin barely works in 1.1.2

Open syadnom opened this issue 5 years ago • 14 comments

In UNMS 1.1.2 this plugin (v2.2.1) has basically stopped working properly. It will push about 8 queues in before finishing, it sees a lot of false 'missing' IPs.

Tested against 3 different routers. Configuration seems correct in that it does put a few queues in within the network range UNMS networks to monitor does have all customer subnets in it mikrotik lots show api login AND logout.

plugin logs say Synchronization started Service ID: x has not IP address set ... Synchronization correctly ended

There should be about 150 queues created. Only 8 are, and if I delete them those exact same ones get created again. Only 12 missing IP warnings shown leaving a lot of completely missed customers.

Having become reliant on this plugin, really sucks to have it not working properly.

@fgampel do you still maintain this plugin?

Hi to all. Sorry for the inconveniences, in my 1.1.2 installation all is working fine and I had not seen any error like you mention. Just now I'm out of home for business. I'm returning to my country in about to weeks and I can check the plug-in to find why you're having suchs problems. Anyone of you have a nearly clear database (no sensitive data) which can be sent to me in order to use it for testing? As I said I have no problems with my actual database and will be hard to find any problem with it.

Same here, I'm on 1.1.3. I've tried removing and re-adding plugin, setting it up on a secondary router. Mikrotik logs show user logging in then logging out via API, and UCRM logs show: Synchronization started Service ID: 11 has no ip address set Service ID: 13 has no ip address set Service ID: 26 has no ip address set Service ID: 83 has no ip address set Service ID: 84 has no ip address set Service ID: 85 has no ip address set Service ID: 88 has no ip address set Service ID: 89 has no ip address set Service ID: 90 has no ip address set Service ID: 92 has no ip address set Service ID: 101 has no ip address set Service ID: 106 has no ip address set Service ID: 107 has no ip address set Service ID: 109 has no ip address set Service ID: 149 has no ip address set Service ID: 164 has no ip address set Service ID: 167 has no ip address set Service ID: 183 has no ip address set Service ID: 184 has no ip address set Service ID: 185 has no ip address set Service ID: 202 has no ip address set

No queues change, or get added.

Hi @syadnom @ryan-3t @gustavo2147 @solufi in order to help you, please answer my request on https://github.com/Ubiquiti-App/UCRM-plugins/issues/175#issuecomment-572895446

As far as i test the plugin in several installations it is working fine, so i need to understand what is happening with your cases.

@fgampel I reached out to the ui community and someone led me in the right direction. Looks like my issue is with one of my subnets in the monitored subnet Network settings in UNMS that causes things to fail. I remove the one /24 subnet and it works fine. Is there any verbose logging I could check to see why its failing with that one subnet. I have 6 total I need to use, currently have 5. We actually own a /22 and a /23, so they are broken up in /24s. Its the x.x.246.0/24 that is giving issues. image

Hi @ryan-3t did you try to just define your /22 address range, instead of each simple /24?

@fgampel , pudiste ver que problema generaba la no generacion de esas Queue en el Mikrotik? Y como se resuelve?

Hola Rodrigo, en la ultima actualizacion publicada se solucionaron varios problemas, entre ellos el que comentas.

saludos

I have exactly the same issue as above, for whatever reason only 80 queues out of 500 are ever crated. The logs show the same "Service ID: 149 has no ip address set" yet there is netflow data and a valid IP for that service for each of them. Is there a fix for this yet?

Hi all, the free version of the plugin is not being updated anymore, thus I can't guarantee it will work correctly on newer UISP versions... The PRO version is being constantly updated and mantained in order to work correctly with all new versions. Regards

Then how do we obtain the pro version?
