improve qmail warning

on https://manual.uberspace.de/mail-forwarding/ we warn readers not to manipulate qmail files for functions that are covered by our uberspace commands. Some users interpret this like we are no longer supporting the functionality of qmail and delete all their .qmail files, including .qmail-default which is important for our setup. So we should improve the explanation here.

explain that qmail will stay on U7 but needs once be migrated to U8 and it would be better to move to vmailmgr and sieve already beforehand
