The voice/video call section in the guide should be adapted as the coturn guide has been removed with #938

I have no experience with coturn. Is it possible to use a external coturn server apart of the uberspace environment?

Using an external coturn service should work fine.

If PR #1300 is accepted, there's a STUN/TURN server available on Uberspace again. :heart_eyes:
