[mumble][teamspeak] Add DNS SRV records HowTo to Mumble guide (& TeamSpeak)

Mumble supports DNS SRV records for easier connection with a Murmur server. This is especially helpful as the port number can be obtained from the record and here at Uberspace, we're using a random port number and not the default one.

I'd like to add a paragraph to the Mumble guide for how to set it up, like a Tuning section or just add a link to the official Mumble Wiki.

Yup, thanks @EV21 for the Prosody guide. Looks very neat!

I never used TeamSpeak, but as long as there's nothing else to do, I can add the records mentioned in the support article linked above to the TeamSpeak guide, including the A/AAAA records.
