Add Guide for running Rails

I just deployed a modern, simple Rails app on U7, and could write a guide on how to do that. It does involve Capistrano, so most of the magic would be hidden away in what that does.

Hey @mamhoff. Are you still working on a guide for RoR? I'm just asking because I deployed my RoR-app on U7 recently and could write the guide if you're not interested (or any other reason) anymore :slightly_smiling_face:
