Updated python example to reflect changes in new Microsoft Azure Spee… ch API requirements.

Hey @anthonymiyoro can you open this PR at https://github.com/avryhof/speech_recognition so I can merge it into my fork? I can then merge it, and it can be installed with pip install speech-recognition-fork
