Import keys from MCT

It looks like some keys exist in MCT's default keys file which don't exist here. Can we pull them in?

Assuming they are static, absolutely. I've recently stopped maintaining the NFC dict file due to some code changes that will make it almost obsolete soon. But I can make sure the keys get to the right place. Which ones are different and how have they been verified? Thank you.
