Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. After paying $600 a simple request like changing app identifier requires us to explain why we are changing our app identifier. how about "none of your business" ? understand that it can be used on one app and as long as we are using it one app and have the need to change app identifier why do you care why we need to change it and why do we have to rely on your mercy and convenience to do this ? Its a terrible bureaucratic system that you created that makes no sense and is not respectful for the business you got from paying customer

Additional context We are trying to submit our app to app store and now we are at the mercy of grial team to change the app identifier. No response to support emails or chat requests so there is no telling how long this can take.
