Overview

  • This PR takes parts from #785 and implements them using the recent additions from #989
  • Implements the API for the UxDataArray.zonal_mean() function using the "fast" constant latitude cross section
  • Will prepare for the implementing in #785 to be translated and plugged in directly once it ahears to the API design added in #989
  • Ensures compatibility with Dask
