upgrade to lodash 4

typings currently has lodash v4 which renamed several methods from v3 - but when I tried migrating uproxy to v4, the contacts list stopped working.

We should investigate, upgrade, and remove the ugly casts added in https://reviewable.io/reviews/uproxy/uproxy/2370
