Image driver documentation for lake/wetland inputs

I am working to setup a model using the image driver which will include lakes and wetlands. However, there is currently no documentation on the format or parameters needed to simulate lakes/wetlands using the image driver.

I am assuming that the input parameters will be the same or similar to the classic driver inputs (gridcel, lake_idx, etc.) except gridded in a netCDF file. Is this correct? If so, is there an example netCDF format similar to the domain input format that I could reference.

Also, I am happy to help write the documentation for the image driver lake/wetland inputs once I have a good idea on how the inputs are formatted.
