I have added a new project to the Machine Learning repository. Name of the project is Face Detection.

How Has This Been Tested? ⚙️
This is a project made by me and I have tested it myself. This is a Face Detection project based on opencv, python and machine learning. This can be performed using IP Webcam Mobile Application. This project basically displays the name of an individual by detecting the face.
