[Custom]: Using a new dataset for Alzheimers disease classification

Issue Summary

The dataset previously used for model training and evaluation is no longer available or accessible. As a result, we will switch to a new dataset and redo the model training pipeline accordingly.

he previously used dataset is no longer available due to:

❌ Removed from source

❌ Licensing restrictions

❌ API endpoint is deprecated

❌ Broken link or inaccessible hosting
