UTRS2 exception Error

I sent in my IP block appeal because I was IP-blocked and I don't know why, and when I clicked send, I got this error. I still got the email about the appeal verification though

I found the error, but it's not very detailed. Can you confirm if you were clicking to file under an IP address or an account? If you file under an account but provide an IP address, that may be the cause of this error.
