IP input box hidden when the form is rejected

I was submitting an appeal, and I inputted an invalid IP address for that text box that shows when I select "No, my IP is blocked". When I submit the form and get rejected by the system, the page sent back to me has that text box hidden by default, and I need to re-select the "No" option for that text box to re-appear.

Windows 10 x64, Chrome beta 119.

Simple fix actually, just dealing with the return. I'll try and deal with tomorrow.
