feat: implement dev bypass

Simply sets a session token as cookie if unable to pull an existing session already (i.e. signed out). This allows quick testing for preview deployments for example, allowing user to skip to /app/home directly with a pre-set test user. May need some tuning depending on how we plan on approach manual testing.
