CDO - Delegate Clients

As a CDO, I need a mechanism to delegate portions of my portfolio to another CDO So that I can transfer responsibility of clients to other CDOs

Acceptance Criteria

• Capture current CDO and prospective CDO
• Ability to select one or more clients for transfer
• Confirmation including the quantity clients to be transferred before initiating transfer
• Confirmation that the transfer was successful
