Page Title not announced for Home Screen and Bid Profile Page

Upon initially arriving to the Home Page after signing in, the user is not told what page they have just been directed to. Users with visual impairments, such as blindness or color-blindness, rely on the screen reader to logically navigate them through the web page. A page title has to be announced to let the user know what page they are on.

2.4.2 Page Title (Level A)

Web pages have titles that describe topic or purpose.

Recommendation: Add titles to all frames present. Ensure that the title reflects the purpose of the frames. Ensure that the web page has a descriptive and informative page title.
