Include list of eGRID/EIA plant IDs that are included in aggregate data

Having a list of the power plants that go into each of the aggregate profiles would be handy for tracking down the source data. Think the easiest place to implement would be in the "Description" section of the technology processes (e.g., Electricity - COAL - Region x).
