Hydro emission is 700+ kg/MWh which is incorrect.

What versions of eLCI and StEWI are you using?

There are some hydro plants with very high co2 and ch4 emissions, but it doesn't appear that (SERC) has anything with a CO2 emission that high and a methane emission that low.

Because of the mis-matched methane/co2 data, I suspect this is a mis-labeled plant, so I'm curious about where the plant data is coming from, and if updates to some of the upstream packages may have resulted in some changes.

@jump2conclusionsmatt I have tested the code with eLCI version 1.0.1 as well as the master version on the repository where Canadian generation mixes are being created ( Last updated by me and Troy). I am using an old version of STEWI which is currently compatible with this eLCI version. Newer versions of STEWI (0.95) is not compatible and results in an error. Kindly check #154

These are the results with the latest version of eLCI. Stewi may be able to solve this error but we need to resolve the compatibility issue first.
