BiologicalIntentName filter

TADA is being designed to work with WATER data.

Need to add filter to "autoclean" function after the new full physical chemical profile is available. BiologicalIntentName is not currently included in the TADAdataRetrieval output.

Within "BiologicalIntentName", only the allowable values "tissue", "toxicity", and "NA" apply to non-biological data (the function will remove all others). Toxicity and fish tissue data will be kept, but other types of biological monitoring data will not.

Draft code is already available in the "autoclean" function. Will need to add "BiologicalIntentName" as a required field.

This issue needs to be addressed in order to finish the filter function to retain data for assessments as selected by the user (surface water, sediment, fish tissue)
