Identifying likely 1/2 result detection condition results (that may not have result detection fields filled out)

This scenario came up during a WQX meeting where @cefergus was updating us on her work on the Detection Limits Best Practices Guide. Other members of the team inquired if there was a way in TADA to identify scenarios where an org might submit 1/2 the detection limit as the result without providing further detection limit info. Would it make sense to create a function that would help users do this?
