Associating WQP sites with user supplied shapefiles

TADA_GetATTAINS() TADA_ViewATTAINS() fetchATTAINS()

The functions above facilitate being able to link WQP sites with the NHD catchments that are associated with entity submitted AU's in ATTAINS (points/lines/polys post catchment indexing processing tool conversion to national standardized catchments). This is very helpful!

Users are also interested in being able to upload their own shapefile (points, lines, or polygons) and associate WQP sites with that user supplied layer.
