Playback head and visual don't always update when skipping frames

1. Open video [discretion advised]
2. Skip frame (on the toolbar) or use the mouse wheel (on video preview)

Result: Timecode changes, but the visual doesn't.

3. Skip frame

Result: The visual changes, not displaying the previous one.

Using Tero Subtitler alpha 1 (1.0.0.0) - Mac 10.11.6.
