Subtitle size doesn't increase/decrease when adjusting dimensions of preview window if mpv doesn't handle subtitles

1. Open subtitle file
2. Open video file
3. Jump to subtitle with high CPL count
4. Drag the edge of the preview window left or right

Expected result: subtitle size decreases/increases Actual result: subtitle size remains the same (meaning unintended line breaks, etc)

Using Tero Subtitler alpha - Mac 10.11.6.

As of the (upcoming) 1.0.0.7, letting mpv handle the subtitles means the issue is no longer apparent. However, it remains valid if the option is unticked.
