Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. start/stop, forward, backward (F7-F9 keys) implementation.

Describe the solution you'd like pushing the buttons have effect on the app without having to focus the app like it works with IINA or apple music

@ankidoc , please clarify „pushing the buttons have effect on the app without having to focus the app like it works with IINA or apple music“ If IINA, Apple Music and TeroSubtitler are running, how to determine which app shall process the keypress? If you press forward, shall all 3 apps move forward, when none of them is focused?
