Fix subtitles: caps lock to normal casing

I would like a feature in Tero that (intelligently) transforms the caps lock to normal casing (capitalising only for abbeviations, the beginning of sentences, and proper nouns, etc.).

In Whisper, for example, cues are in capitals, whilst dialogue is normal casing.

Netflix requests lower case for cues (unless proper nouns), so a way to fix this would be good.
