Some channel posts are not received right away in some clients

Some post in channel are not received in some clients. We need understand if it is possible to solve this problem.

I've noticed that when multiple posts are accepted at the same time, this issue occurs more often. Maybe we can solve a part of this issue by implementing a queue of post with a delay before spamming on channel.
