[DATA] Add data from OpenAerialMap

Issue Description

the aerial images on OpenAerialMap can be useful for disaster response. It would be nice if we can support importing data from OpenAerialMap.

The presenter at FOSS4G Europe says they are preparing to publish OGC API for OpenAerialMap. Maybe it can be implemented by supporting OCG api in GeoHub
