[FEATURE] add pod affinity specs to all K8s services

Feature Description

Specific geospatial services may require more computational resurces and this can be achieved through vertical scaling. This is achieved by creating new pools with more powerful node specs. This however can lead to the k8s control plane scheduling pods on undesired nodes. The solution is to use pod affinity as described here
