[BUG] Improve the naming,meta data and display of the climate projections data

Bug Description

Climate Action or SDG 13 hosts 1029 data sets of climate projections. These data sets are original of three bands and to display in the GeoHub , each dataset was split into their respective bands (3 bands). An improvement is needed for all these data sets.

Bug Impact

These datasets are not done properly and hence the end user can be confused.Visualization and metadata must be improved.
