Hi,

I'm new and just started to test dolphinnext. I created a test server with the dolphinnext-studio docker image and went through the tutorial on github.

I have a couple of questions:

  1. how do I configure LDAP login?
  2. can 'Run' use singularity containers from private repositories?
  3. During the Run, will singularity pull the container and cache it to some directories on the host?
  4. I tried to import .nf file to dolphinnext, but it does not work.
  5. is conda supported for running pipelines?
  6. is using the dolphinnext-studio docker image the recommended way to host our own instance?

I have the same issue regarding the LDAP login.

I have succeeded in connecting to LDAP, but can't login with a user in the LDAP server.

Please anyone can help with this?
