Creating new group and adding users

For users: In order to add users, ask for email address. For admin: Make it table with checkboxes which allows multiple selection.

Feature added on commit (v.1.1.4): #247 For users: Email address is prompted. For admin: New option added to admin table which allows to add users into group.
