[BUG - Release] Crash Bandicoot 4 fatal error on loading main menu

Game and Engine Version Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time - UE version 4.24.2
Describe the bug On game startup, after all the intro logos have finished playing, the game crashes with a fatal error after the main menu loads.
Mods directory ~~A zip of your Mods folder if you've installed any mods that don't come with UE4SS by default~~ Only default mods used.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Launch game
Expected behavior The game should not crash.

Additional context When using the Debug experimental build, the main menu loads for a few seconds before crashing. The Shipping build acts the same as the 3.0.1 version. bUseUObjectArrayCache has no affect on the crash.
Try turning off all mods in Mods/mods.txt.

I found actually working fix: set 'HookInitGameState' and 'HookLoadMap' to '0' Was mentioned in https://github.com/UE4SS-RE/RE-UE4SS/issues/693#issuecomment-2504101202
