No module named 'synthpop'

hi, I am new for python. After finishing the install set up.py and have a folder named as synthpop.egg-info I try import synthpop.zone_synthesizer as zs in Spider but shows "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'synthpop'" in my CMD. Do I need do something specific of ANACONDA? I already download it and put in my C drive, which is same drive with setup.py Thank you.
