Any help would be appreciated! Using this with a RPI 4b, I see a red power led on the bird, but no sound or led light show as described in install manual. Have re-seated board, batteries are fully charged. Only thing I can think is the image on the SD card is bad. Any ideas?

Probably too late, but I just dealt with a similar problem. So maybe I can help you, if you still care?

It's possible that your RPI 4b has a different hardware version that isn't listed in rpihw.c. Can you connect the Pi to a monitor and keyboard, and run the command cat /proc/cpuinfo and share the output here?
