Add ability to visualize multiple classes in the spectrogram visualization function

When comparing annotations with multiple classes/species-specific labels, it'd be useful to visualize classes in different colors or somehow differentiate classes (spectrogram_visualization function). For example, if the class label for the manual vs automated annotation differs but the label is in the same place.
