Feature request: create a Shiny app

As requested by the Slavov lab.

A concern for new users is 'will my data work with scp'? Lower that barrier is essential! GUIs can be a good way to address that.

• [ ] Create shiny interface (package?),at least to load data into a QFeatures object
• [ ] Possibly some simple dim reduction features (cf iSEE)
• [ ] Explore data using the links between PSMs -> peptides - > proteins
• [ ] QC applications (and their implication on dimension reduction)
