Small side branch not long enough to "escape" the current diameter of parent segment. Fix: Type A irregularity; Point is automatically removed.

A side branch is deleted if it is completely eclipsed by another node and it shares an edge with the eclipsing node, otherwise Recut can't solve this problem in an automated way
