Hi,

Your work is excellent. I am seeking acceleration pipeline of minimap2 by GPU. I noticed your code was not integrated into minimap2 software. Could u pls provide an integrated GPU-minimap2 version?

Thanks for your interest in our work. However, we don't have integration at this point and we don't have plan to implement it for now. You are welcome to develop it and send us a pull request :-).
