Install Request: ffplay (or other media player)

Our ffmpeg module does not include ffplay, probably because of some missing necessary libraries it detected during build time.

Investigate whether we can install it or some other player that can play this user's short AVI files on Myriad so they don't need to copy them back locally to be able to view them.

Some tests on running mplayer out of a container on Myriad gave me about 2-3 fps for a 1080p video, and I don't think that's anything to do with the container.
