[frontend/submission_query] 404 not found on submission query reset

Describe the bug On the query submission page, using the reset button will send the user to a non-existing "admin/<course_id>/new_submissions" page, generating a 404 error.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install INGInious
2. Create a new course, import one from the marketplace or go to the tutorial course
3. Enter the course and go to "Course administration"
4. Go to "Submissions"
5. Click on "Reset" button

Expected behavior Sends user to submission page I presume.
