Enable tasks when other(s) is/are completed

We noticed that some tasks may give the answer to tasks that should be done previously. We think that it would be interesting to lock the access to some tasks until one or more tasks are actually completed. Some sort of prerequisites system .

This was partly implemented in this master's thesis, but you're right, it can (should) be divided into a number of subfunctionnalities.

Best way to implement this is via a plugin.

There is absolutely no documentation on the plugin architecture of INGInious, even in the source code. I'll open a new issue for that.

As for this request, I think it could be a "plugin version" of the mentionned thesis, but Anthony may have other ideas as it seems to be something interesting for his next 2 years. Anthony ?
