Make a 4 runtime test case CPU vs GPU to be tested using 4 GPU cards

We need to make sure that CPU and GPU results are consistent and correct when run using 4 GPUs and 4 CPU cores, at least. Jinwei has found some issues with memory copy when running on 4 GPUs on SDSC cluster.
