Rename Cross Compile Toolchains

Description of the task

Our toolchains have some very confusing names due to the various versions, OS', and architectures we support. To reduce confusion in the codebase, we should rename these to be more consistent. See https://github.com/UBC-Thunderbots/Software/pull/3459#discussion_r2302854753
